Floyd Mayweather to pay Suge Knight’s $10m bail if he wins fight against Pacquiao.

Suge Knight may soon be out of jail, that is if Floyd Mayweather wins his next bout against Manny Pacquiao. According to Knight’s lawyer, the undefeated boxing champ has plans to bail him out.

The rap mogul is currently serving his third month behind bars for running over two men and killing one, Terry Carter, in the parking lot of Tam’s burgers in Compton on January 29, 2015.

Knight’s lawyer, Matthew Fletcher, was confident that Mayweather would cover the death row records founder’s $10 million bail, if he wins his fight with Manny Pacquiao in Las Vegas this weekend.

‘My understanding is that Suge is going to be bailed out this coming week,’ Fletcher told Thenew York Daily News.

We think Mr. Mayweather is going to win the championship and then become champion again, they’re good friends, and there’s no reason he shouldn’t. And we believe that will happen.

50-year-old Knight appeared in court on Thursday and pleaded not guilty to murder. His trial has been fixed for July 7, 2015.
